Half price for government.

Departments, defence, law enforcement, national CERTs, regulators and public universities pay half the list price for Klarion Pro and Klarion Team, for any number of seats. There is no tender, no reseller and no minimum.

How to buy

    Email us from your government address

    From the department's own domain, not a personal address, and not a contractor's. That domain is the verification.

  2. 02

    Tell us the edition and the seat count

    And whether you need offline activation, which most secure environments do.

    We invoice against your PO

    Net terms, a W-9 on request. Licences are issued when the PO is accepted, not when payment clears.

What the rate includes

50% off every paid edition
Klarion Pro at $74.50 and Klarion Team at $299.50 during early access, for any number of seats. Half of whatever the list price is at the time, held for the life of the licence.
Offline activation as standard
A signed licence file bound to one machine, verified with no network at all. Nothing leaves the machine, at activation or afterwards.
Purchase orders and invoicing
Net terms, a W-9 and an invoice against a PO number. No card required.
Named support contact
A person rather than a queue, for the term of the licence.

  • Law enforcement and prosecuting authorities
  • National CERTs and cyber-security agencies
  • Regulators and central banks
  • Public universities and national research institutes

Who does not

  • Contractors and consultancies billing a government client
  • Government-owned commercial enterprises trading on the open market
  • Political parties, campaigns and lobbying organisations

A contractor doing government work buys a commercial licence. If the department itself is the licence holder and the contractor is a named user on it, that is fine. Write to us and say so.

Where we cannot offer it

Klarion Technologies, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, United States and is bound by United States export control and sanctions law. Government pricing, and in most cases any sale, is not available to government entities in or controlled by the following:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Afghanistan
  • Myanmar
  • Venezuela (government entities)
  • The Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine

This list follows the current United States position and changes when that does. It is not a judgement about the people who live there, and it does not affect the free edition, which is available to anyone anywhere that it is lawful to download it.
